After you accept a position, you will complete the course before you begin working with the family. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills before starting a new position.
Face-to-Face Interview
Your application and resume only go so far. We also conduct interviews to better acquaint ourselves with you. The information we learn about your personality and experience helps us determine the ages and number of children to put in your care.
Interview & Trial with Families
If accepted to move forward, you will be introduced to matching families.
After a successful virtual interview with an employer, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the family in person to ensure it’s the right fit.
Professional References
Your references are important resources in the application process. We only match nannies with excellent references to families.
Sign Employment Agreement
Once you accept a position with a family, we will provide you and the family with a customizable employment agreement.
